Larry Ruedisueli is a researcher and programmer with twenty-three of experience at Bell Laboratories. He is well versed in both software and hardware, and is particularly strong in projects that straddle that line. He is adept at Java, C++, C and assembler language programming under many environments including Unix and Windows.

He has extensive knowledge in network programming (sockets, tcp/ip, udp, http, atm), multi-processing (threads, signals, pipes), signal processing (MPEG AAC, MP3, MPEG video), graphics programming (X, Windows), and low level drivers and interrupt handlers. Very familiar with the Unix operating system from the lowest level up, including the ability to write and port Unix drivers. Recent projects have included network applications, signal processing, interactive devices, GUI applications, and language design work. Most projects have also involved some kind of hardware design and/or debugging, typically with an embedded processor.
